Why small is the point
You are not going to get passed to anybody.
Reactivating a dormant account means knowing what that account bought, which quote stalled, and writing to them like a supplier who remembers. That does not survive being scaled. The person who reads your export is the person who writes the messages and the person who answers when you call.
So the constraint is deliberate, and it is in the agreement: one distributor per trade, per market. We will not work both sides of your street.

I have owned and operated businesses for more than twenty years. I am not a marketer by trade. I am an operator.
This firm does one thing. Your ERP holds years of accounts that used to order and stopped. Nobody at your place is paid to go find out why, so nobody does, and the accounts sit there. We make those calls, in your name, referencing what each one actually bought.
